Meet Our Founder + CEO
Founder and CEO, Ashley Griffith is a Tennessee native, loving mother, and military spouse who has always been passionate about helping others and giving back to the community. Since then, she has dedicated her efforts to providing organizations with the most important aspect to any company - Human Capital. Ashley holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and has over 15 years of Human Resources experience, specializing in Talent Acquisition for non-profit and for-profit organizations.
