Client seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide quality care to patients in both clinic and telehealth setting. Advises patients regarding prescriptions and treatments plans. Follows all federal, state, and nursing guidelines, regulations, and standards. Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, including x-rays, blood work, and scans. Refers patients to specialists if necessary and analyzes medical records and reports. Licensed in the State of TN as a Family Nurse Practitioner with Certificate of Fitness to prescribe medications under the supervision of a licensed physician, serving as preceptor. New Grads with up to 1 year of experience as a NP encouraged to apply.

Education:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)

License/Certification:
- TN NP License (Required)
- DEA Registry
- CPR/BLS Certification
