Ashley’s Recruiting Services provides recruitment services to both job seekers and employers. We connect qualified candidates with potential employers in the clinical field.

Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• Will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

Job Seekers

We collect the following personal information from job seekers:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Clinical License Numbers

• Phone Number

• Email Address

• Resume and Resume Data

Employers

We collect publicly available information from employers, which may include:

• Company Name

• Contact Information

• Job Listings

Use of Services

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You shall not:

• Use our services for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

• Impersonate any person or entity.
